|   | Student Lodge Colby-Sawyer College New London, New Hampshire The Lodge is the student center for the campus community. The main room of the Lodge is a reassembled post and beam frame of now extinct American Chestnut. This frame was the core of the school’s original Lodge located on Lake Sunapee. We documented the original structure for later reassembly at this location. The Lodge has long been a part of the College’s lore and a fitting reuse/recycling of this structure. Complementing the reassembled Lodge is additional space to house extended food service, game room, computer access stations, and exhibits of College memorabilia. |
